In 2007, WCS Water Control Services ltd. launched the unique reservoir cleaning service for Drinking Water Authorities across Ireland. This was seen an important opportunity for Water Authorities to eliminate the dangerous sediment build-up which posed a significant risk to the quality of water supply.

Water Authorities felt they were unable to implement a proper asset maintenance program for service reservoirs as to do so would require interruption to the water supply and could pose significant risks in relation to confined spaces regulations.

Now with new pressures to improve the maintenance procedures for the management of assets such as service reservoirs, Water Control Services ltd are playing a vital role in ensuring good quality drinking water and maintaining a clean distribution network.
